- We accept returns on defective products only up to 30 days from the order date. The utmost care is taken to make sure that our products are of the highest quality and free from defects. If, by chance, you do receive a defective product, you must email email@example.com and include a photo and description of the defect. If issued a return notification, the item must be unopened and in the original packaging. Returns may take up to 14 days to be processed. You will sent a replacement as soon as possible. If it is out of stock at the time of processing, you will be given the choice to wait until the item is in stock or offered a store credit.
